3/5 – 3/7 Choose one of the following genres for the Community Writing Project (ex: Profile, Memoir,  Review).  Read and summarize the applicable chapter and “A Few Ideas for Composing” for the genre you choose.  In addition, read and respond to questions for two sample readings as directed by your instructor.

3/26 - Find examples of the genre you have chosen and bring to class for brief presentation and discussion.

3/28- Work in groups on CWP presentation, packet and service.

Week 13, April 2 – 6

4/2 - Review Ch. 30, “Creating a Portfolio,” pp. 550-561.

Begin writing Individual Final Portfolio Reflection Letter.  See pp. 554-557.

4/6 - Advertising Project Due: (Peer Review in class)

Work in groups on CWP presentation, packet and service.

 

Week 14, April 9 -13

4/9 – 4/11 Ch. 32, “Presenting Your Work,” pp. 573-585.

Meet with your group in class to continue planning CWP presentation, packet, and service.

4/11 – All revisions due in class on Wednesday April 11th
